Samsung worktops are extremely impact resistant so that if a pot or pan should slip from your hand (or if you simply have a clumsy spouse) it will just bounce off the surface causing no damage. Every square inch of a Radianz worktop will match. More than twenty five colours in the range ensure that there is something to suit every kitchen and the beauty of the Samsung quartz is that the colour is consistent and uniform throughout the whole worktop, whereas with marble and granite it can vary. Radianz technology fuses 93% quartz with polymers and pigments which give depth and texture to the finished product going beyond the aesthetic. Samsung products have always been beautiful to look at and truly functional and their Radianz quartz worktops continue the tradition.
Samsung have their own production facility in Korea where Radianz has been undergoing continuous testing to ensure that it is worthy of the Samsung name. Samsung Radianz Quartz technology is different from most of the other quartz products on the market such as Caesarstone and Silestone in that it is not made using the Breton process which most of the others adopt. When used for worktops it is combined with polyester resins and pigments which produces an extremely hard and durable end product.
It is an extremely common stone and does not require deep mining. Quartz is rated at seven – only just behind sapphire and topaz. On the Mohs scale of hardness diamond is of course at the top and rated ten. Quartz is a natural stone material and is extremely hard. No less so than in their Radianz range of top class quartz worktops. The name Samsung is synonymous with quality and extends to every product they manufacture.
